“So… what’s a Chiwowy?”
It all started with a little long-haired Chihuahua puppy. Many puppies have floppy ears and develop prick ears as they grow. Penny still has floppy ears, which look incredibly sweet! That’s why she is not a Chihuahua, but a Chiwowy!
